Drew joins DialAmerica as Vice President of Customer Solutions, responsible for achieving sustainable business growth in a customer-centric environment. He is a globally recognized leader in customer experience management with 30 years of impressive history increasing revenues, enhancing client portfolios, maximizing performance and finding the right customer engagement solutions for leading organizations. He has helped build successful companies from the ground-up, generating new lucrative revenue streams in highly competitive markets for multi-million and multi-billion dollar corporations.
Drew has a passion for delivering transformational and innovative solutions that continually improve the customer experience throughout the entire lifecycle, maximizing ROI and reducing customer churn across all demographics. He has designed and deployed initiatives that help drive sales growth while ensuring quality customer interactions across several industries including financial services, insurance, retail, e-commerce and telecommunications. He has worked with and consulted for such companies as Assurant (AIZ), JP Morgan Chase, Aon, Citibank and Nature’s Bounty Co (NBTY).
Drew started managing high performance call centers in the early 1990’s and helped launch several businesses throughout North America, LATAM and SE Asia.
He is based in New York, NY and has additional history as a stage & film actor and musician. He can be seen on CBS’ “Tommy” this season. He volunteers for Musicians On Call, an organization focused on delivering the healing power of music to patients in health care facilities.
