New expanded location and 75 additional jobs in Omaha, Nebraska
Omaha, Neb. (Dec. 11, 2015) – DialAmerica, one of the nation's largest privately held teleservices companies, today announced that its Omaha contact center is moving to a new, expanded location at 9770 Mockingbird Drive, Omaha, Nebraska 68127. To support growing client demand, DialAmerica will also hire up to 75 full-time and part-time agents by the end of the first quarter of 2016.
The new state-of-the-art facility, which opens on December 15, has nearly doubled in size to 20,000 square feet and will house 191 agent stations and 53 training stations.

"This expansion is a great indicator for DialAmerica and we expect to grow our radio subscription broadcasting business by 75 percent over the next quarter."
