DialAmerica Announces 50 Additional Jobs in Erie, Pennsylvania
Erie, Pa. (November 5, 2015) – DialAmerica, one of the nation’s largest privately held teleservices companies, today announced that its Erie contact center is looking to hire around 50 agents for its new expanded location at Lakewood Plaza, 2167 West 12th Street, Unit B-1, Erie, Pa. 16505.
The new center has doubled in size to 12,000 square feet, increasing from 70 to 100 agent seats.
To support growing client demand – particularly in the home protection sector – DialAmerica plans to hire 50 agents, including licensed property and casualty agents.

DialAmerica will be hosting a series of hiring events on Tuesday, November 17, for interested job candidates. These events will run from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m., 12:00 - 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the Lakewood Plaza location.
