Arthur W. Conway | President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Conway joined the company in 1976 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In 1991, he was elected to President and Chief Operating Officer. In addition to overseeing the strategies and operations of the company, all lines of business report to Mr. Conway. Under Mr. Conway's leadership, DialAmerica has become one of the nation's largest teleservices organizations.
Mr. Conway serves as a member of the Direct Marketing Association's Board of Directors. He has been very active in this role in the area of legislation and was the only teleservices leader selected to participate in the Federal Trade Commission's panel on the proposed Telemarketing Sales Rule regulations.
Mr. Conway earned his bachelor's degree in mathematics from Lafayette College and his master's degree in business administration from Columbia University.
Robert A. Fischer | Senior Vice President
Mr. Fischer began his career with DialAmerica in 1986 as Vice
President, Corporate Planning, Marketing and Banking Services. In 1991 he was named Senior Vice President. His administrative responsibilities include the traditional financial areas as well as human resources, technology and fulfillment operations.
He received his bachelor's degree in Political Science from Duquesne University and his master's degree in business administration from New York University. Prior to joining the company, he spent 17 years with Chase Manhattan Bank in a variety of capacities including division executive for Middle Market Lending.
Mary Conway | Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer
Ms. Conway leads the marketing and communications functions and is directing new strategic efforts for each division. She joined the company in 1976 as a branch office assistant. In 1980, Ms. Conway moved into corporate sales and subsequently into an operations role in 1985. She assumed an Account Executive role in 1987 in the Publishers Services Division.
In 1992, Ms. Conway became Assistant Director of the Publishers Services Division, then division manager and was then named Vice President in 1994. Ms. Conway assumed additional responsibilities in 1998, including managing the Consumer Communications, Financial Services as well as the Energy Services Division.
Christopher W. Conway | Senior Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Conway joined DialAmerica in 1993 working in the Business Process Management Department. In 1997, he became an Account Executive in the Financial Services Division managing one of DialAmerica's largest clients. A year later, Mr. Conway became Director of Client Services for the Membership Services Division which grew to become the largest division within DialAmerica.
Mr. Conway assumed responsibility for the Inbound & Interactive Services Division in 2000, recognizing this as an area of growth for the company. During his tenure in the Inbound & Interactive Services Division, there has been over 200% growth in revenues and a significant diversification of the client base. In 2002, Mr. Conway was promoted to Vice President and in 2008 he was appointed Senior Vice President.
In 2010, Mr. Conway assumed responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Conway is a Customer Operations Performance Center (COPC) Registered Coordinator. He earned his bachelor's degree in mathematics from Cornell University.
John Redinger | Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Mr. Redinger joined the company in 1985. As Vice President of Sales & Marketing he leads the new business development team. He is also the creative force behind DialAmerica's marketing campaigns.
Previously, Mr. Redinger managed various sales offices and was responsible for developing and leading DialAmerica's Consumer Communications Division as vice president. Mr. Redinger has managed programs for a range of leading companies such as Verizon, AOL and AT&T. He is a member of the American Teleservices Association and the Direct Marketing Association.
Mr. Redinger earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Ohio University.
Thomas Conway | Chief Information Officer
Mr. Conway leads a staff of technologists responsible for setting the technology direction for DialAmerica and ensuring the successful execution of that direction.
Since joining DialAmerica in 2002, Mr. Conway has held several positions including that of Director of Information Strategy and Communication where he oversaw the development of compensation systems, network reporting and file delivery and the development of many internal applications. Most important of these is the Axis system that allows our agents and managers to have a 360 degree view of the call center operations in one platform.
Prior to DialAmerica, Mr. Conway held positions at Siebel CRM Systems and Globalcom, respectively. Mr. Conway earned his bachelor's degree from Cornell University.
Gerhard Lindenmayer | Information Security Officer
Mr. Lindenmayer joined DialAmerica in 1983 as a Senior Programmer/Analyst in the mainframe software development area. He also held programmer positions in both UNIX and PC software development areas.
In 2003, Mr. Lindenmayer became responsible for IT planning and security. Mr. Lindenmayer is currently the Information Security Officer for DialAmerica, maintaining the highest level of data security, while sustaining DialAmerica's impeccable compliance record.
He received his bachelor's degree in business management from Saint Peter's College. Prior to joining DialAmerica he worked for Volkswagen of America as a senior analyst, Technical Services.
