Gary Cenci Joins DialAmerica As Director Of New Business Development


MAHWAH, N.J. (September 25, 2014) – DialAmerica, one of the nation's largest teleservices companies, announced today that Gary Cenci has joined the company as director of new business development. In his new position, Cenci is responsible for leveraging DialAmerica's key strengths to develop new business initiatives and enhance existing accounts.

Cenci has 28 years sales experience and has focused on the publishing and teleservices industry for nearly two decades. He joins DialAmerica from EBSCO TeleServices (ETS), where he specialized in business-to-consumer and business-to-business outbound telemarketing promotions.

Cenci's business-to-consumer work at ETS included renewal and expire promotions for consumer magazines as well as lead generation, market surveys, re-qualification promotions and database cleaning. In the business-to-business space, he handled renewals and expirations, as well as new acquisition promotions for scientific, technical and medical books, journals and online products.

Cenci was a 16 time member of the ETS 100% Sales Club and named to the 2008 200% Sales Club. In 2005, he was awarded the "EBSCO Achievement Award," the company's highest honor.

Cenci will operate from Bayville, N.J.
