DialAmerica Expanding Contact Center Operations In Oak Brook, IL

Company plans to hire 100 more agents for business-to-business programs

OAK BROOK, IL (FEBRUARY 25, 2013) – DialAmerica, one of the nation's largest privately held teleservices companies, today announced the expansion of its contact center operations at 900 Commerce Drive in Oak Brook, IL. To support growing client demand, DialAmerica will be doubling the facility's footprint to about 25,000 square-feet, and plans to hire more than 100 contact center agents.

The Oak Brook facility supports business-to-business (B2B) sales and marketing campaigns for a wide portfolio of companies in the education, financial services, technology, and healthcare industries among others. DialAmerica's specialized B2B agents help customers gain in-depth knowledge of its clients' products and services. The contact center also drives lead- and demand-generation programs for companies, helping sales forces be more productive and effective at closing sales and growing revenue.
