Named 2012 Top 50 Teleservices Agencies;
Ranked #5 in Inbound U.S. Domestic Services

MAHWAH, N.J. – April 23, 2012

DialAmerica, one of the nation’s largest privately held teleservices companies, has been named the number one provider of outbound U.S. Domestic Teleservices in the nation by Customer Interaction Solutions magazine. On top of this prestigious honor, DialAmerica was also named one of the Top 50 Teleservices Agencies for 2012, and ranked fifth in inbound U.S. domestic services.

Rankings are based on billable minutes, verified by Customer Interaction Solutions editors for accuracy and reliability of each agency, and a letter of verification from the telephone service providers certifying the number of minutes billed during the 12 month period from November 1, 2010 to October 31, 2011.
