DialAmerica, one of the nation's largest privately held teleservices companies, today announced the expansion of its contact center operations at 105 KLM Drive in Gray, TN. To support growing client demand, DialAmerica has increased the contact center's footprint an additional 2,800-square-feet, and over the next several weeks plans to
hire more than 100 contact center agents and experienced professionals to join its expanding team.
Among DialAmerica's wide portfolio of clients, the Gray facility supports fundraising programs for various national non-profits, and provides sales and customer service support for financial services and travel services clients.

DialAmerica will be hosting two open houses for interested job candidates on August 7 and August 14 from 10a.m. to 5 p.m. at the contact center located on KLM Drive.
