Company Pledges to Create 2,000 New Job Opportunities in Next Two Years;
New Florida Contact Center Receives Record Number of Job Applications
MAHWAH, N.J. (SEPTEMBER 22, 2011) – DialAmerica, one of the nation’s largest privately held teleservices companies, today announced that it has joined Jobs4America, a coalition comprised of business leaders and groups working to create more than 100,000 U.S. contact center jobs over the next two years. As part of that, DialAmerica plans to create 2,000 new jobs at its 23 domestic contact centers.

This summer, DialAmerica announced the openings of two new contact centers in Clearwater, Fla. in August and Greenville, S.C. in June which will be creating more than 220 news jobs in these areas over the next several months. The new contact centers will support fundraising programs for nonprofit clients. With Florida’s unemployment rate just under 11 percent, the Clearwater contact center saw a record number of applications.
