Demonstrates commitment to protecting sensitive customer data

MAHWAH, N.J., September 7, 2010 – DialAmerica, one of the nation’s largest teleservices companies, today announced it has achieved Level 1 compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). The certification demonstrates DialAmerica’s commitment to safeguarding sensitive customer data and ensuring the highest level of security at its call centers across the country.

PCI DSS is the payment card industry security requirement for entities that store, process or transmit cardholder data, and has been endorsed by all the major card brands - Visa Inc., MasterCard Worldwide, Discover Network, American Express and JCB.
