DialAmerica announces 50 additional jobs in Johnson City, TN
Open House Events to be Held on September 17 and 23

Johnson City, TN (September 9, 2014)DialAmerica, one of the nation’s largest privately held teleservices companies, today announced the expansion of its contact center operations, and additional job opportunities, at its contact center located at 105 KLM Drive in the Boones Creek area of Johnson City, TN.

To support growing client demand – particularly in the publishing industry – DialAmerica plans to hire 50 contact center agents and experienced professionals to join its team.

“We’re very excited to be expanding for the second time in only a few years – and proud to be offering even more job opportunities to our community,” said Daniel Bellino, DialAmerica’s manager of contact center operations in Johnson City. “We are committed to continuing to hire great talent in the Tri-Cities area, as we continue to grow our business and operations in this region.”

DialAmerica will host two open houses for interested job candidates on:

  • Wednesday, September 17 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, September 23 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Company benefits include flexible work hours, a comprehensive paid training program and competitive salaries (guaranteed base pay plus incentives). As part of DialAmerica’s training program, new employees will participate in one-on-one coaching sessions and small training classes led by experienced DialAmerica professionals.

The hiring in Johnson City, TN supports DialAmerica’s publishing client-base. The company aims to double its publishing work in the coming quarter and also supports travel, financial services clients out of the Johnson City office.

Open positions are primarily sales oriented. Some customer service positions are also available.
