DIALAMERICA EXPANDS FLORIDA PRESENCE WITH
NEW CONTACT CENTER IN CLEARWATER
Company Brings More Than 100 New Local Jobs
CLEARWATER, FL. (AUGUST 24, 2011) –
DialAmerica, one of the nation’s largest
privately held teleservices companies, today announced the opening of its
Clearwater, Fla. contact center on August 29th. The new DialAmerica
contact center is located on 5501 Roosevelt Boulevard and will support
fundraising programs for nonprofit clients. The facility joins four
Florida-based centers in Jacksonville, Ocala, Orlando and Port Richey.
Over the next several months, DialAmerica plans
to
hire more than 100 contact center agents, as well as
experienced professionals, to join its growing team of more than 3,800 employees
nationwide.

The Clearwater contact center opening follows
DialAmerica’s announcement in June that it was opening a center in Greenville,
S.C. which will create more than 120 jobs for the area.
