Alex Skaalerud Joins DialAmerica’s
New Business Development Team

MAHWAH, N.J., March 10, 2009 – DialAmerica, one of the nation’s largest teleservices companies, announced today that Alex Skaalerud will join the new business team as Director of New Business Development.

Skaalerud joins DialAmerica with over 11 years of experience in sales and business development in the telecommunications carrier industry. In 1998, Mr. Skaalerud co-founded the Texas based firm, MC2, specializing in the design, implementation and maintenance of telecommunications systems and services.

Since 2000, Skaalerud has held various managerial positions at several industry-leading carrier services including Deltacom (formerly known as BTI) and American Communications, where he was tasked with growing US carrier wholesale networks, developing industry leading customer service solutions and implementing benchmarks in revenue growth.

Prior to joining DialAmerica, Skaalerud was Senior Director of Carrier Services of Covista Communications where he was responsible for managing the Carrier Services Division including sales, network, billing and customer support. Skaalerud joins DialAmerica effective immediately and will operate out of the Knoxville, Tennessee office.
