Richelle Litteer Joins DialAmerica As Vice President, Business Development


MAHWAH, N.J. (January 16, 2015) – DialAmerica, one of the nation's largest teleservices companies, announced today that Richelle Litteer has joined the company as vice president, business development. In her new position, Litteer will be responsible for building upon DialAmerica's key strengths to leverage new business initiatives and enhance existing accounts.

Litteer previously spent over a decade with DialAmerica and was a top revenue generator specializing in financial institutions, healthcare, and telecommunications clients. Overall, she has 35 years of marketing, sales and management experience.

In the interim between her departure from DialAmerica and return, Litteer served as senior development officer at the UMC Foundation, where she contributed heavily to the completion of a multi-million dollar capital campaign to open Diamond Children's Medical Center at the University of Arizona. She played the role of chief fundraiser for all verticals of the health network for more than a half-decade, developing Diamond Children's major gift pipeline and spearheading the institution's fundraising events and business partnerships development.

Litteer also previously worked as director of marketing and professional relations at Radiology Ltd. and as regional director of marketing and recruitment at Berwick Insurance group.

Litteer will operate from Tucson, A.Z.
