DialAmerica Announces 125 Job Openings In Buffalo, NY

Hiring Event to be Held on January 27

 

Buffalo, NY (January 15, 2015)DialAmerica, one of the nation's largest privately held teleservices companies, today announced the expansion of its contact center operations, and additional job opportunities, at its contact center located at 105 Earhart Dr., Amherst International Park, Williamsville NY 14221.

To support growing client demand – particularly in the financial services, entertainment and childcare industries – DialAmerica will hire 125 contact center agents.

"We are excited to offer new, permanent job opportunities to our community," said Al Wittmann, DialAmerica's manager of contact center operations in Buffalo. "The expansion is coming at a time of remarkable development - we expect to grow our financial services and entertainment programs by 20 percent over the next quarter."

DialAmerica will host a hiring event on Tuesday, January 27, from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. for interested candidates.
