Our ideal candidate will possess the following:


Position:  Customer Service Agent – Healthcare
Description: We are interviewing both English and Spanish Speaking agents now for the 2015 annual Medicare open enrollment push beginning in September. Our agents provide exceptional customer service on behalf of our industry leading healthcare client. Your responsibility is to take inbound calls from eligible Medicare Advantage Plan members, answer basic questions about the plan and enrollment process, and schedule an in-person consultation with a licensed benefits specialist. If you’re taking fall classes or will be looking for steady employment beginning around early September, you can apply now to line up a job ahead of time!

Position:  Full Time Customer Care Agent
Description: We are currently hiring for high energy customer service representatives to provide inbound customer care for a new vehicle assistance service through one of the nation's leading telecom and network service providers. As a customer care agent, you will handle billing inquiries, equipment troubleshooting inquiries, assist with service enrollment requests, and escalate issues as necessary. Flexible daytime and evening schedules will be available, with the ability to earn hourly incentives over a guaranteed base rate. If you have a passion for helping customers and can multi-task to provide excellent service, this position is for you!"
