The person in this position manages matters related to the sourcing, advertising, screening and selection of candidates. Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
- A Bachelor's Degree or four years managerial and/or recruiting experience and/or four years military service.
- Related experience in high volume labor-intensive industry, preferably within a call center.
- Strong computer skills with emphasis on Internet recruiting and online applicant tracking systems
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Superior organization/time management skills
