If you mailed your payment to us, please allow 7 days for the payment to be
credited to your account. You can verify receipt of payment by calling customer service at
800-984-8959 or using the billing inquiry form.

I sent a payment. Why did I receive another
bill?
Duplicate bills...Ignore the new bill if you paid within the past 4 weeks. If
it has been longer than 4 weeks, please send us a copy of the front and back of your
cancelled check. If you paid by money order, please put a tracer on it. If you still need
assistance, you can call customer service at 800-984-8959 or use the billing inquiry form.

What should I do if I receive duplicate issues?
If you receive more than one copy of the magazine for the same month, please send
us the address label from each issue. We will contact the publisher. (total of two)

If you are missing a magazine issue, use the missing an issue inquiry form. Please give us the following
information:

When will my subscription expire?
The expiration date of your subscription appears in the right-hand corner
of your address label.

How long before I receive the first issue of my new
subscription?
Weekly magazines are mailed approximately 30 days from the order date. Monthly
magazines (and those published less frequently) are mailed approximately 60 days from the
order date. Once service begins, each issue will arrive on schedule.

I ordered?
Your satisfaction is our primary goal. Please contact us using the general
inquiry form. Let us know why you are
not satisfied so that we can work with you to resolve a problem or find another magazine to
your liking.

How do I send a gift
subscription?
You can send a gift
subscription directly from the magazine
center. At the end of the ordering process, just fill in the
recipient's information, and we will take care of the rest.
