DialAmerica's Government Affairs & Legislative Compliance department is the front
line for all federal and state compliance-related information. The department
focuses on monitoring for compliance specifically to the Telephone Consumer
Protection Act (TCPA), Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), and DialAmerica company
standards (incorporating the DMA standards). Our legal counsel provides
regular updates and assists with all legal questions relating to the telemarketing
industry. We use information obtained from our attorney to ensure ongoing
compliance with areas such as scripting disclosures and calling curfews.
DialAmerica believes that it is extremely important in today's environment to
have multiple sources to obtain information concerning state and federal-related
