Arthur W. Conway, President, Chief Executive Officer
Joined the company in 1976 and was named Chief Executive Officer of DialAmerica
in 1991. Art was elected and currently serves as a member of the Board of
Directors of the Direct Marketing Association. In this capacity, he is
very active in the area of legislation and was the only telemarketing leader
selected to participate in the FTC’s three-day panel on the proposed TSR
regulations in June 2002. He received his BA in Mathematics from Lafayette
College, his MBA from Columbia University and was previously employed at Price
Waterhouse, New York from 1970 –1976.
Christopher W. Conway, Vice President, Inbound & Interactive Services
Received his BS in Mathematics from Cornell University and joined the company in 1993. He worked
in the Financial Services Division as an Account Executive before becoming the Director
of the Membership Services Division, serving the credit card enhancement industry.
In 2000, he assumed responsibility for the Inbound & Interactive Services Division.
Mary Conway, Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer
Joined the company in 1976 as a Branch Office Assistant and then moved into a
corporate sales administration role in 1980. In 1985 she moved into an
operations role and in 1987 assumed an Account Executive role in the Publisher
Services Division. In 1992, Mary became the Assistant Director of Publishers
Services, then Division Manager and Vice President in 1994. In 1998, Mary
assumed additional responsibilities overseeing Consumer Communications, Financial
Services as well as Energy Services. Today, she is our Chief Marketing
Officer.
Robert A. Fischer, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Joined DialAmerica in 1986 as Vice President, Corporate Planning & Marketing,
and Banking Services. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer
in 1990 and Senior Vice President in 1991. Bob coordinates and directs
all of our technology development and is in charge of our proprietary dialer
platform from both a hardware and software perspective. Additionally,
he is responsible for the company operations and mainframe software development.
He received his BA in Political Science from Duquesne University and his
MBA from New York University. Prior to joining the company he had a 17-year
career at Chase Manhattan Bank rising to the position of Division Executive for
Middle Market Lending.
Dina Ioppolo, Vice President, Publishing and Membership Services
Joined DialAmerica in 1988. Over the years, she has advanced through our organization with positions of
increased responsibility in the account management area including Account Representative,
Account Executive, Account Manager, Director and now Vice President. She is
responsible for software sales, renewals, and membership programs among others. She
has particular expertise in data analysis and list segmentation.
Noreen Kaminski, Vice President, Government Affairs and Legislative Compliance
Is very active, along with her seasoned staff, helping to ensure DialAmerica’s understanding of
and commitment to compliance. She was elected in 2003 to the position of Chair of
the Teleservices Ethics Committee of the Direct Marketing Association. Noreen has
been with the company for more than 35 years during which time she advanced through the
sales/marketing network from branch manager to Regional Sales Manager to Division Head
(Financial Services). Noreen’s in-depth knowledge of the sales side of the business
as well as the client side makes her more than qualified to lead DialAmerica through the
quagmire of legal/compliance matters.
Larry Kyse, Senior Vice President
Joined DialAmerica in 1976 as a controller, and was appointed Vice President in 1987
and Senior Vice President in 1991. He is currently responsible for the success
of the Inbound and Interactive Services Division as well as our Quality Assurance
Department. He received his BA in Business Administration from Susquehanna
University. He worked at Price Waterhouse, New York, from 1970 - 1973 and
Ipco Pharmaceutical, New York, from 1973 - 1976.
Gerhard Lindenmayer, Chief Information Officer
Joined DialAmerica in 1983 as a senior programmer/analyst in the mainframe software
development area. He has subsequently held positions in the RS6000(UNIX) and
PC software development areas. He is responsible for setting technology direction,
planning, and IT security. He received his BS in Business Management from Saint
Peter’s College and was previously employed at Volkswagen of America as a senior
analyst, Technical Services.
Lissa Love, Vice President, Financial Services
Joined DialAmerica in October 1990 as an Account Executive in our Publisher Services
Division, where she was promoted to Account Supervisor and Marketing Manager. In
this capacity she was responsible for supervising a team of Account Executives and
maintaining multiple client relationships. In October 1998 she was promoted to
Director of the Publisher Services Division, and in October 2000 named Vice President.
In July of 2003 she joined DialAmerica's Financial Services Division in the
position of Director and currently manages all aspects of the client relationships with
our large and growing portfolio of financial services clients.
Judith Reifler, Vice President, Director of Client Services
Joined DialAmerica in 1982 as a part-time TSR. Over the years, she has held various
positions in the company in sales and client management. For ten years, she was
the Director of the Books and Entertainment Division. She has assumed the additional
responsibility of managing the marketing staff and programs in the Consumer Communications,
Energy Services and Publishing areas.
Eileen Renowden, Vice President, Financial Services
Joined DialAmerica in September 1991 as an Account Executive in our Publisher Services
Division where she was promoted to Account Supervisor and Marketing Manager. In
this capacity, she was responsible for supervising our Account Executives, Supervisors,
and a large number of client relationships. In April of 1998 she joined DialAmerica’s
Financial Services Division in the position of Marketing Manager. Shortly thereafter
she was promoted to Director of Financial Services and then Vice President. Today,
she manages all aspects of the client relationships with our large and growing portfolio
of Financial Services clients.
Drew Rusnak, Manager, Business Development
Began his career with DialAmerica in 1986 as a telephone sales representative. He
progressed through the branch ranks and became a Branch Manager in 1991. With over
15 years experience developing and managing both inbound and outbound teleservices
campaigns, Drew is now responsible for securing new business from Cable and DBS clients.
Richelle Litteer, Vice President, Business Development
Has over 15 years experience developing and evaluating marketing, management, sales,
public relations and promotional efforts. Originally from Augusta, Georgia, she
has held several Director of Marketing positions for major cable television companies
across the country including United Artists, TCI, and InterMedia. After receiving
her M.B.A, she moved to Tucson to be Marketing Director for Jones Intercable, then
expanded her operations and management background as Vice President of People’s Choice
TV in Tucson. Richelle has been with DialAmerica since 1997, where she is responsible
for securing new business from various industries including telecommunications, financial
services and manufacturers.
Kevin Fields, Director, Inbound & Interactive Services
Joined DialAmerica as a Director of New Business Development in April 2002. He has
twenty-five years telemarketing experience, including certification as a telemarketing
expert by Pacific Bell and AT&T. He has expertise in developing and managing direct
marketing campaigns in the retail, healthcare, tourism, and pharmaceutical industries.
John Redinger, Vice President, Marketing & Business Development
Received his BA in Business Administration, from Ohio University and joined the company
in 1985. He has managed numerous sales offices and developed our highly successful
Consumer Communications Division. He managed various programs for a range of
companies including Verizon, BellSouth, Qwest, AOL, and AT&T. After a number of promotions
within the sales division, John became VP of the New Business Development Department.
Hugo Bader, Manager, Business Development
Joined the company in 2006. Hugo has more than 25 years experience in the
teleservices industry with direct experience as a service provider and on
the client side in sales, marketing, operations and senior management positions.
He has an intimate knowledge of all facets of call center operations and in particular
strength in optimization strategies for KPI attainment for a wide variety of consumer
and B2B programs. He operated his own consulting company before ultimately joining
DialAmerica in January 2006 where his primary focus will be B2B market penetration for
outbound, inbound call center solutions.
Richard Smith, Director, New Business Development
Rich started with DialAmerica Marketing in September 2005. He has worked in the
outsourcing industry for the last 6 years. He is an active member in the ATA and
served on the Non-profits and Charitable committee for two years. In his 20 years
of sales and marketing he has worked in the high tech and communications industry
helping companies with their direct and indirect marketing programs. Rich’s focus
is in Medicare, communications and direct marketing.
Dennis S. Maples, Director of New Business Development
Joined DialAmerica in 2006 as a Director of New Business Development. He has
more than 20 years of sales experience, and more than 16 years of experience in the
Teleservices industry. Dennis delivers creative solutions to his clients based
on understanding their needs and their requirements. He utilizes his wealth of
understanding across the landscape of Inbound Care/Technical Support,
Inbound/Outbound acquisition/retention and a wide array of IVR/ASR technology
solutions. He received his Masters and Bachelors Degree’s from Western Michigan
University. Prior to joining the company Dennis had 16 successful years with
another industry leading service bureau.
Tom Gleason, Director of Business Development
Joined DialAmerica Marketing in September, 2006 with over 13 years experience of
successful business development with leading U.S. teleservices agencies. He
has accomplished strategic sales in various industries, including Financial Services
and Telecommunications, for the Consumer and Business markets. He has assisted
clients with their customer communication needs in Outbound, Inbound and IVR.
Tom was previously a principal in an advertising agency, with a focus on
business-to-business clients.
